Current responsibilities

Bob Johnson is currently a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis specializing in investment sales.  He has over 24 years in commercial real estate experience and has executed almost $900 million in transaction volume.  He specializes in local and national investment sales, land development sales, office and flex space lease and sales, and self storage sales.  In 2007, 2008 and again in 2009, Bob was recognized in the Sperry Van Ness Partners' Circle as a top 20 producer among the 1,000+  Sperry Van Ness brokers.

He has worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Boston and co-founded Boston Real Estate Partners, a full service commercial real estate firm.  In 1996, Mr. Johnson relocated to Atlanta and co-founded Atlanta Real Estate Partners, LLC, which in recent years was recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 20 Power Brokers for production in the metro Atlanta market.  In December of 2005, Atlanta Real Estate Partners became affiliated with Sperry Van Ness, creating Sperry Van Ness | AREP.
